What is our shipping and refund policy?
Being an E-commerce company, Rat Masters needs to get aligned with our customers. we need to win their trust on our products. - Customers can return the product “Trap EZ” within 14 working days and after that any return won't be accepted.
- Product time will start from the day it has been delivered. You need to express the reason for returning the product with a suitable excuse in the given timeframe.
- Change of mind over the product would not be acceptable. You need to decide whether you are buying the product or not.
What type of returns will be provided
Refunds shall be given in the form of store credit; there would be some points showing on your website profile.
- In case you have ordered a number of packages, refund shall be in a different form and would be decided by the authorities.
- If there is a fault in the mechanism of the package, this fault will be fixed with a new product.
Who pays for shipping costs
- Shipping costs shall be paid by the customer
- It shall be added to their cart when they check out from the website.
- Shipping cost can be taken when the product will be delivered to the customer.
